Clementine Juice Concentrate
Clementine juice concentrate is produced by removing water from clementine juice to create a denser, shelf-stable product. Used mainly as a flavoring or sweetening ingredient, juice concentrates are more processed than fresh juice but retain many of the original juice's nutrients, such as vitamin C. The process may reduce certain phytonutrients and can increase sugar concentration per serving. Generally regarded as safe (GRAS) by the FDA.
