Pear Juice from Concentrate

Pear juice from concentrate is made by extracting pear juice, removing most of its water to create a concentrate, then reconstituting it with water for use in foods and beverages. It provides natural fruit sugars and some vitamins, but processing removes most fiber and micronutrients.
