2,4,5-Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid / 2,4,5-T

A synthetic herbicide formerly used in agriculture and weed control, part of the phenoxy herbicides. It was banned in many countries due to contamination with dioxin (TCDD) during its manufacture, a highly toxic compound. Not a food ingredient and not safe for consumption.
