Clarified Watermelon Juice Concentrate

A concentrated form of watermelon juice that has been clarified to remove pulp and solids. Used as a flavoring or sweetening ingredient in foods and beverages. It contains natural sugars, vitamins, and antioxidants from watermelon but in concentrated form, which may increase sugar content per serving. Generally recognized as safe (GRAS) when used as intended.
